Bio: Starlight is an odd and sad case. Abandon when she was no more then a new born human baby, she was sent down a river in a basket to meet an uncertain fate. No one knows how long she drifted down the river nor how she survived when Ten Cents found her, still in her basket, on some rocks while delivering goods up river. Ten Cents didn't know much about humans nor meet that many but he knew that the baby would not survive much longer if left alone. Ten Cents placed the basket and baby onto his deck and once his duties were done headed back to Star Pier to show the others what he had found.
The others were surprised and didn't know what to make of the small infant until Ten Cents stated that they could raise her until she was old enough to take care of herself. One by one the others agreed until it was up to Captain Star to decide the fate of the baby. The captain listens to each of his tugs plea and gave it much thought. He knew that taking care of an infant takes time for the child needs a lot of attention, time his tugs just did not have. But looking at the faces of his tugs he could see they were determined to try so Captain Star gave the Star Tugs a chance to prove that they could take of the baby. So the Star Fleet adopted the baby human and with help from Captain Star they learned how to take care of an infant and one night came upon the Starlight. So Starlight grew up with the love and protection of the Star Fleet and since she didn't have that human interaction besides Captain Star and the other few humans she thought herself more of a tugboat then a human. At the age of ten Starlight was helping Billy Shoepack with dynamite when it exploded due to friction. Starlight was heavily damage when Big Mac and fished her out of the water she fell in. Once brought to Lucky's Yard it took them hours to replace some of her damaged body and weeks and month for Starlight to recover but in the end the young girl was fit and became known not as the first steam powered cyborg but also as the Human Tugboat.


Personality: Starlight is a happy go lucky and carefree young woman who always loves to explore and have fun. Despite this she is a hard worker who is willing to help her family and friends but not the Zed Stacks.  Since Starlight was raised by boats she knows how they tick and how to repair them. Life in Big City Port and working with the Star Fleet had hardened Starlight in more ways then one. Starlight is no pushover and willing to stand up to anyone to defend herself or anyone else rather its butting head with the Zed Stacks or outlaws.

Jobs: Due to Starlight's size and human statues she doesn't get big heavy jobs but help with what she can as kind of a look out and making sure everything is in order and tightened and alerting the others of dangers. Starlight still does some heavy lifting just not the same as her tugboat family.
